Hello there sweeties! I am sad to say but this may be my last post here on All Things Cupcake. I have loved working here at ATC but we are currently having some issues and I may not be on the payroll anymore. So after almost 4 years here, I am going to do what I always wanted to do- I am going to make a post about my own cupcake stuff in my Etsy shop!  It is called StayHomeCupcake and it is full sweets and treats.   I have a passion for crafts and sweet crafts are my utmost love!

I love walking through the stores this time of year because so many stores pair cupcakes and hearts in their Valentine’s decor items. So far I have spotted cuppies in the Valentine’s sections at Walmart, Target, Michael’s, Hobby Lobby, Christmas Tree Shop and Kohl’s.  So a big thank you to all the stores who join cupcakes and hearts this holiday season.  You make it so much more special for the cupcake obsessed.  All Things Cupcake appreciates you!

Looking for a cool old school way to display your cupcakes? Check out this unique 3 tier record stand being sold on Ebay this week. Yes, it is a bit pricey at around $50 with shipping to the US.   But My_E_Room is also selling just the cake stand handle and rods as well for only about $12.  So if you have some old records laying around, you can make your own stand! 

I know it seems early to be talking about Christmas but many of the stores started their Christmas displays in August!  Kohl’s may not have their displays up in their stores yet but they are online and they have cupcakes! My favorite has to be this mini tree skirt for $14.99 and this light up snowglobe for only $6.74.  Gotta start making my Christmas list!

Who doesn’t want to drift off to sweet dreams atop a personalized cupcake pillowcase? This snazzy pillowcase is available from Etsy seller The Trendy Butterfly for $20 plus shipping. The image is printed on the pillowcase, which is wash and dry friendly! And there’s a discount if you buy three or more! Happy shopping!

I am loving this Cupcake Stepping Stone Kit I found on Walmart.com today.  Each kit comes with enough supplies to make one 12 inch stone.   I would love a whole path of these cupcakes leading up to my front door but for $16.47 plus .97 shipping for each, I may just have to settle for one accent stone for my garden.  They also come in flower, star, turtle and many other shapes and have been spotted at Michael’s too.

I have seen the customized house keys before but yesterday was the first time I saw a cupcake one!  You can find the custom cupcake key at Walmart for $4.24.  There is also a matching cupcake key chain for $4.87, these would be a great gift for a new home or car owner!

I don’t know if I could handle the constant hunger cues, but these wall stickers would look cute in a child’s bedroom or kitchen. A set of 12 is only $10 on Amazon! The cupcakes measure: 6 – 3.25″ x 6 – 1.75″. And you can move them without damaging the stickers or the walls, so there’s no major commitment involved!

My friend sent me a link to Lace Affair’s website after doing a quick search and seeing the cute cupcake products the company offers.  I really want one of the sweet as a cupcake hooks that cost only $7.99.

Now that it’s officially summer and HOT outside I am considering buying the icing on the cupcake dress for $38.99.  The website also sells cupcake earrings and a cupcake bank!

This Liberty of London white bird print tea towel is a little different from the Liberty of London patterns I have seen before.  The tea towel features a blue bird eating a cupcakes and costs £12.50.   The image is also available on everything needed for a tea party, plates, teapots, teacups, three tiered cake stands, and more.

Now that the weather is nice it seems like everyone in my neighborhood is enjoying the outdoors and spending time working on their yards.  I think this would be a great addition to all the bright flowers that our blooming in our yard!  Premier Kites & Designs produces this cupcake birthday lawn windspinner that is 16”X30”. Check out these gorgeous cupcake candles from Star Candles of Leicester, UK! Star Candles produces Mendhi Candles for all occasions, but this one is just too beautiful to light!

I am usually pretty good with not overspending on cupcake items but this cupcake Ferris wheel may break my budget!  It is so beautiful but at $89.99, it would be a splurge.  It only holds 8 cuppies and is available from Kohls.com.  If you do decide to buy this, make sure you do a Google search for “Kohl’s coupon code”  because you might be able to find a good discount first!

Are you a fan of Anthropolgie’s wedding collection, BHLDN?  I think the line is filled with fun and unique items, some that are great for celebrations besides weddings.  The versatile cupcake liners which come as a set of six for $22.00 would be great for birthday parties.  The liners are 1.5”H, 2.75” diameter and are great for holding small items like candy or confetti.  The website also offers paper cupcake liners, cupcake stools, and pennants.

Over the weekend I looked at the Easter items at Harris Teeter, the local grocery store.  I spotted these purple and blue decoration cupcakes for $5.99.  Does your grocery store have any fun cupcake items for Easter?

Lately it seems like every time I go into World Market they have a new cupcake item!  If you love cupcakes and have a store near you I strongly suggest you stop in to see all of their awesome cupcake items and easter decor.  Yesterday I noticed these great cupcake sign that reads “Life is Sweet” and costs $79.99.

This zig zag bowl from Lekker Home is so fun! I love the fact that it looks like a cupcake base! Since it costs $18.00 I think it would make a great gift for a friend or for myself!

Still looking for the perfect Valentine’s Day gift? Check out this ceramic cupcake night light from Angel Heart Designs. This night light measures a little larger than an actual cupcake at 3″ by 2 1/4″ by 4 1/4″. These ceramic cupcakes are handmade and show a soft yellow light. It could be yours for $19!

I really think I need this cupcake pillow cover! I love the repeated cupcake pattern and the hearts on top of the cupcakes!  The pillowcover measures 15.7”x15.7” and is $44.00 from Madura Home.

I shiver the think of all the uses I could get out of a cupcake ottoman. You can sit on it, rest your feet on it, store treasures in it, let the kids play with it–what a fantastic addition to your cupcake home decor! I found these at Meijer for $49.99 each. These were the only two colors I found, but there weren’t many left when I got there, so your Meijer might have more options!

Sometimes I buy items to give as gifts pretty far in advance.  While it’s great being prepared it can be hard to keep things a secret.  I bought this cupcake rug from Skymall in the fall and saved it to give as a gift this month.  I know the recipient reads ATC on a regular basis so I had to resist writing about the rug until after the gift was given.  The rug was $29.95, measures  30″L x 28”H, and actually looks really nice.  Skymall has a few other cupcake items available on their website so if you buy the rug be sure to look around the site!
