My husband says I can’t have any more stickers, so I’m out of luck, but I thought I would pass this opportunity to y’all. What opportunity? To make everyone who sees your sticker laugh! At least, it made me laugh. Hard. I’ll do a lot for a cupcake, but the dark side? … what kind of cupcake?
This vehicle sticker is available from Cool Custom Design via Amazon for $4.

You may remember last week I introduced you to ATC sponsor Kimber Cakeware. They specialize in creating unique products that make baking easy and fun. Check out their Batter Babies and the fabulous cupcakes they can help you make:

The Batter Babies are quite simple to use, just follow these steps:
- Simply place the Batter Babies in individual cups
- Pour the two separate batters into each cup
- Remove Batter Babies before baking

You can make cupcakes that are two different colors (think amazing red and green Christmas cupcakes) or 2 flavors (maybe a chocolate and a peanut butter dou!). I tried these out last week and I have to say that they really are that easy and they really do make great cupcakes.
This week, five ATC fans will get the chance to win a set of Batter Babies. Yes, we will have 5 winners this week! To enter, click on the comment area below and tell us what kind of cupcakes you would make first if you won the Batter Babies. Winners will be chosen on Monday, February 8th. Thanks to Kimber Cakeware for sponsoring this amazing giveaway!

Make sure to become Kimber Cakeware’s fan on Facebook too!

This Chocolate Cupcake card is by Curious Chocolate, a European chocolate company. When you first look at the card you notice the cupcakes but a closer look reveals a cupcake recipe written around the cupcakes. If I lived in Europe I would definitely buy this card for 2.50 euro and some of the chocolate too!

My sister noticed these Desperate Cupcakes Note Cards at her college bookstore. The card set contains the characters from the Desperate Cupcakes book featured in images that are said to be difficult situations, such as the one shown above where the cupcake is in yoga class. Amazon offers the set of 16 cards for $11.04.

How fun is this cupcake color in clock designed by 9Spotmonk? For $34.00 you get the letter press printed clock with three non-toxic crayons for kids (or adults) to personalize. They also have color in cupcake thank you cards for kids but I think this clock is more fun!

Today is our 4th of July, well, actually tomorrow is! 26th January every year Australians celebrate what it is to be Australian. We approach this, in much the same way as everything else, with great gusto! There will be burnt sausages, prawns, seafood, lots of food, fireworks and of course cupcakes!
I created these cupcakes for the kids at the BBQ we are attending today. I created the fondant flags first by cutting it and twisting around a toothpick then piped the details onto them. Unfortunately there is only six points on the bottom star which means I have lost an Australian State or Territory (as there is one point for each), and my red frosting bled into my white, but I am pretty happy with them! And most importantly the kids will LOVE them as they are my favorite chocolate recipe with a chocolate ganache.

Prior to reading Kitchen Contessa’s blog post I’ve never heard of red velvet cupcakes being called devil’s food cupcakes.

I know I love red velvet cupcakes so I’m sure I’ll enjoy trying her Red Velvet Devil’s Food Cupcake recipe. I especially like the fun decorating, dipping the frosted cupcakes in melted colored chocolate to transform the cupcakes into red devils!

A few months ago there was a Food & Wine issue that featured an piece on Will Cottons. Will Cotton is a New York based painter known for creating landscapes inspired by sweets. Most recently he is known for having painted fellow cupcake lover, Katy Perry which appeared on the December 2010 cover of ARTnews. What caught my eye in the Food & Wine article was Cotton Candy Hannah, 2009 which is shown above. The description reads:
Pink cotton candy clouds are the backdrop for many of Will Cotton’s portraits. The model in this oil painting is wearing a cupcake tiara that Cotton created for workers at his NYC pop-up bakery.
A cupcake tiara as part of the employee uniform! The Will Cotton Bakery was part of Partners & Spade and I would have loved to work there if it meant getting to wear a cupcake tiara! Below is an image of the employees wearing their uniform.

One of the most popular apps for the iphone or the ipad is Angry Birds, so you know, it was only a limited time before someone came up with awesome cupcake toppers! In this case it is the Artisan Cake Company who have an Etsy shop and sell these little guys so that you can top your own cupcakes!
The photo below is of all the angry birds characters, which is fantastic, but I really love the pigs here to the right. They are so cute, except for when you are playing and you cannot pass a level, then their cheeky grin makes me angry!

Today I found one of the most beautiful cupcake tattoos I have seen. It combines the love of cupcakes with a love of birds into one amazing tattoo. This one I found by way of Stephen Young. The tattoo however is by Curtis Burgess from Tribal Rites Tattoo and Piercing in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Although I am unlikely to have a tattoo like this I would love this picture as a piece of art!
Have you got a tattoo that covers your love of cupcakes and something else special in your life? If so why not share it with us so that we can increase our amazing collection of cupcake tattoos and inspire future tattoos!

Tiny Dog Cupcakes is a new cupcakery in Evanston, Illinois. The new bakery is located at 616 Davis Street, and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 to 8. They currently offer 14 flavors, including: Dark Chocolate Minty, Vanilla Vanilla, The “TinyDog” Triple Chocolate Mocha, and the Barking Blueberry, pictured here. More flavors are on the way. But there’s more to Tiny Dog than a cute name and scrumptious cupcakes. A portion of all their profits will go to a good cause, so you can feel good about treating yourself at the Tiny Dog.

When I first saw these little cupcakes I thought they were those little plastic lipgloss cupcake containers that you can buy, but on closer inspection I discovered these are super gorgeous little chocolate coated cupcakes! The image and idea is from Hero Cake Pops.
To create these, Hero Cake Pops picked up a chocolate cupcake mould from her local cake shop then after creating the outsides in the mould filled the inside with cake pop. The result… fab cute little gifts for your special man / woman or if you can’t choose one person then these make an economical way to share your love this Valentines Day!

In September when I ate at The Culinary Institue of America at Greystone in California our butter came with a ticing on top. Ticings are thing sheets of edible icing that have no flavor because they take on the flavor of the food the are applied to. Ticings are a great way to quickly and easily decorate cupcakes, cakes, and cookies since you can add images or text to your baked good by simply peeling the ticing off the backing sheet and applying it to frosting.

These edible icing prints are a great way to decorate cupcakes! They have a crisp, professional look to them but are actually simple. As an added bonus they are made with food grade ink and gluten free which means you don’t have to worry about food allergies. Additionally they last for up to six months when stored properly which gives you have a decent amount of time to use them.
