This week’s giveaway is sponsored by Etsy seller Nattie Cakes Decor. She specializes in beautifully made hair clips, beanies and headbands for little girls.   And of course, she has sweet cupcake items available in her shop:

When my package from her shop arrived, I was beyond thrilled with these lovely well-made treasures.  My daughter squealed with delight and quickly wanted to put them in her hair.   The only problem we had was deciding which one to wear first!

This week we have a very special type of giveaway fromNattie Cakes.  You get to choose your prize!  Actually your PRIZES!  Nattie Cakes is giving away a $25 gift certificate to her shop.  You can choose clips, headbands, beanies- any mix up to $25 and you get free shipping too.

To enter this giveaway, first go to Nattie Cakes’ Etsy shop and pick out a favorite item.  Then come back to ATC and click on the comment area below.  Tell us the item and an item you think would be a great addition to her shop.  One winner will be chosen on Monday, January 24th.

Party Girl Cupcake

By on Sunday, January 9th, 2011

Looking for the perfect party favor?  Well Diva Entertain’s cupcake lip gloss is a sensational idea!  For me it is the answer to both my daughter’s upcoming birthday party and my sister-in-law’s hen’s night!

Lip gloss is something we all need and you can’t get lip gloss that is cuter than these adorable, flavored, cupcakes.  That is right, flavored!!  Best of all, being the organizer I get to choose, so one vanilla will be snaffled for me, a strawberry for my older daughter and chocolate for my younger daughter!  Perfect!

Best of all these glossy cuppies are perfect for your handbag too being an inch by and inch and three quarters.

Amazing Megamind Cupcake Mural

By on Saturday, December 18th, 2010

If you ever have thought of making a cupcake mural then visiting Project Core Connect could be a valuable experience!  Although Cake Crumbs (the bakery involved) had never done such a mural before they relished the opportunity to be involved with creating a distracting large mural of Megamind for Denver’s Rock N Roll Marathon.

Now this mural isn’t your ordinary 50 – 100 cupcake picture, no, it required a WHOPPING 1000 cupcakes to create, had to be done on an angle and constructed through the night outside in the cold!  It is certainly a test of endurance.

From the images you get an idea of the scale of this amazing cupcake creation!

An amazing cupcake birthday party

By on Monday, December 6th, 2010

One of readers Traci recently sent in photos of her daughter’s first birthday party and she took their chosen theme ‘cupcakes’ to the extreme!  Traci indicated that All Things Cupcake provided much of her inspiration, but I have to say she has provided me with all the inspiration I need to organize my daughter’s 6th birthday party next year.  Megan has been longing for a cupcake party, and there is no way you can get more cupcakey than this!

The first photo is of their create a cupcake stand!  This would be great fun for all children allowing them to frost and then decorate their cupcakes.  The awesome little cupcake containers were from the Posh Box on Etsy allowing the guests to take their creations home!  And with a bit of ribbon and some buttons, Traci made them so much fun!
