Like many children, Natalie Hope started out in the kitchen watching and helping her parents. But unlike many children, Natalie continued on her own, experimenting and advancing her skills. With the help of Food Network programming and parents willing to be guinea pigs for her creations, Natalie entered and won the She Expo’s cupcake competition last month. I started today by simply typing “cupcake jewelry” into Etsy’s search bar and it quickly came back with over 3,000 items! After a narrower search I found some nice crafts to share.

I have also fallen in love with artisans who use glass in their cupcake jewelry. These earrings, made by Hare, are glass lampwork beads with sterling silver Swarovski crystals on top for cherries.
