My name is Ali and I run a blog called Three Baking Sheets to the Wind.  Since I’m beyond excited for the release of the new Alice in Wonderland, I made themed cupcakes to celebrate and thought I would share them with the baking world.

Happy Lady Eats is a blog by a woman who works for one of my favorite stores, Anthorpologie.  When my sister sent me the link to these amazing cupcake images photographed by Happy Lady Eats I had to share them!  The cupcakes came from Babycakes and she says the frosting could not be salvaged but she did eat the cupcakes!

Fans of Terry Pratchett’s Discworld will recognize the giant space turtle that carries the fictional flat realm and it’s supporting quadruplet of elephants through space.  What we didn’t know was that underneath the turtle was a delicious cosmic cupcake.  Thanks to Kelly’s Cakes and the Space Cupcake Throwdown for this incredible piece of dessert sculpture.
