Cookie Monster is no stranger to the cupcake scene, but these might be the cutest Cookie Monster cupcakes I’ve seen. I love the color of the frosting, and I’m always on the lookout for cupcakes my kids can help me decorate. And these look pretty kid-proof. Kudos!
