Peppermint Mocha Cupcakes

Why make a special trip for a peppermint mocha when you can have these treats at home? These will last longer and will definitely cost less than a $5 coffee drink. They make my mouth water just looking at them.
What makes these special? Peppermint extract and espresso in the batter, and crushed Andes mints on top. Yum!
