Mini Ghost Cupcakes

Halloween is tomorrow, so you still have time to make some last minute treats.  These would be a seriously quick and easy treat to make, and you might already have all the ingredients on hand.  Just make a batch of mini chocolate cupcakes, pipe some Cool Whip on top, and add chocolate chips for the eyes and mouth.

    I thought of Ku Klux Klan when I saw these. Cute, but maybe a different shape for the ghosts, just make the top of the head round instead of pointy.
