Is it to early or have you started thinking about what you and your little ones are going to be for Halloween? Kohl’s already has Halloween items in their stores and online. I noticed this cupcake costume for little girls that costs $40.49. Only two sizes are left, 3-4 and 5-6 so if you’re thinking about ordering this, don’t wait!
