I recently took my kids to the zoo, and I wish I’d found this Flickr photo first, as it inspired me to create the perfect take-along treat. It also inspired me as an easy decorating idea that I can do in a jiffy.

You could go all the way with the zebra theme by making a zebra marble cupcake and then putting the cupcakes in zebra-print cupcake wrappers.
To make the inside of your cupcake look like a zebra:
Add about 3 tablespoons of vanilla batter into the middle of each cupcake section in the baking pan. Then do the same for the chocolate batter, making sure to pour it in the center on top of the vanilla batter. DO NOT spread the batter or tilt the pan. It will spread by itself and fill the pan gradually. Continue alternating the batters until complete.

I love everything zebra and these cupcakes are too cute! I am bookmarking and hopefully I can get my stripes to look as good as yours!
