Joy Cho, founder and editor of Oh Joy! seems to always be eating something delicious. Most recently she shared her sweet treat, a cupcake in a cone from Milk. Located in Los Angeles, California, Milk seems to have something for everyone with a bakeshop, ice cream parlor, food, and drinks.
