Lego Man Cupcakes

Jenn from JustJENN recipes had the creative idea to use a ice cube mold as a chocolate mold. She made little chocolate lego men to use as cupcake toppers for her cookies and cream cupcakes. I love her idea because lately I’ve seen tons of fun ice cube molds by Fred & Friends including skulls and crossbones, battle ships, brains, and dentures. Any molded chocolate would make an easy and unique cupcake topper.

here is a photo of my Lego Brick cupcakes… I used white chocolate and dyed the choc, then ice cube trays! Ive done the same with Space Invader ice cube trays too :-)
