Kacie is a talented artist who sent us some photos of her cupcake-inspired works. She owns a shop in south Texas named Rowdy Maui. Although her website is still under construction, it sure is bold and beautiful. On her website is a quote, “Well behaved women rarely make history.” ATC whole-heartedly agrees.
