Finally 209 Cupcake Painting by kmiller2
This painting is done on 5 x 7 panels with oil paint. The “icing” texture was made with acrylic medium the artist piped through a pastry bag. The sprinkles were made using a small tip on a piping bag; the rose was made on a flower nail. Once the acrylic medium dried the artist was then able to paint over it with oil paint to give them color.
These “cupcakes” are available to purchase. The artist is also taking on any “special order” cupcake painting requests.

The Cupcake Cram took place this weekend in Boulder Colorado. Two contestants tied with 34 cupcakes eaten in 10 minutes. A 3 cupcake overtime was declared, and professional eater Dale Boone emerged the winner.
This event seems to be an official event conducted by the World League of Competitive Eating. I would love to see world hotdog eating champion Joey “Jaws” Chestnut, who ate 66 hotdogs and bun in 13 minutes, attack the cupcake record.
