They sell it at CVS…. They actually lie saying you don’t need Pam or whatever spray you may need. On the instructions it said to coat it with non-stick baking spray… or else it will come out horribly. And it’s not as easy to pop out as it said it would. Sometimes it comes out in chucks, but I’m okay with it because it comes out well. 1 out 10, 10 being the best I’d say overall it was a 7 and a half.

You don’t need a recipie. Just buy any box cake mix… you need at least 2. And whatever you get it will be fine. The bottom cake is atleast in the oven for around 40 minutes. And the top part is in the oven for at least 35 minutes.

Greetings from Carolina! I’m bored to tears at work so I decided to check out your website on my iphone during lunch break. I really like the knowledge you present here and can’t wait to take a look when I get home. I’m surprised at how quick your blog loaded on my cell phone .. I’m not even using WIFI, just 3G .. Anyways, good blog!

Hey all :)
I’ve had the same problem hunting down a recipe I trust. I started doubling cupcake recipes, my first cupcake wasn’t cooked properly (although it was in for like an hour and 15) but around the edges not in the middle (so check at least 3 sections with a knife or skewer!) and the second one (most likely because of my previous disaster) was slightly dry.
If anyone finds a recipe that is for the Big Top and not the tin let me know.
And those using box cake mixes and saying we don’t need a recipe? That’s not the same!
