Cupcakes at Midnight

I decided at midnight Thursday May 7th to bake cupcakes for my son’s kindergarten class. Here’s a look at what happens when you do just that.
I started with an upbeat attitude. Made some coffee and I was on my way. Interesting concept midnight = baking cupcakes! Good Stuff!
I had mental blocks when it came to what I was going to use for the topping. Publix was closed and I was in no mood to go out whether the stores were open or not. So I went to the cabinets and Pink and Red toppings is was. The other choices were butterfly’s, flowers, or hot pink.
