I love the shark cupcake! I’ve seen several pictures of the same cupcake idea but no one has revealed how they made the fin. Can you help? Thanks.

Look for the book Hello Cupcake I found my copy at Urban Outfitters but I have seen it now at Target. The fin is made from a cookie. I think I used an oreo when I did them without the filling cut in the shape of the fin. This is the best cupcake book you will find. Absolutely genius!
