Black velvet? Sounds interesting. I know there is an awesome brazillian black cocoa powder. Is that what is used? We use it for our black frosting, reduces food colouring usage. I keep thinking of all these Halloween brides I am going to have with black teeth for the wedding cupcake photos LOL
