Cupcake Help!
By GreenEyedLillies on June 6th, 2008 . Filed under: Other .We often get emails where you guys need some cupcake help. I have decided that it would be most helpful to post some of your questions here.
Q-I ran across your website while searching for miniature cupcake boxes for my tiny beaded cupcakes. I’ve been trying to find little miniature boxes to display them in because a cupcake shop in Maryland said they would buy them if they could figure out how to package them. Any ideas since these are smaller than 1 1/2 inches I can’t seem to find anything. I would love to have your thoughts.
Please post your answers, tips, and suggestions.

I would package them in hand painted mini hat boxes that are painted to look like a cupcake. The lid would be the frosting, and the box would be the wrapper and the cake.
I have painted a few and they are adorable!

Consider making them yourself. Paper boxes aren’t difficult to make and there are lots of books out there to help you. You’d have more control and could even find beautiful cardstock papers at Joanns.com or elsewhere that would be stiff enough for a box, but thin enough to manipulate it into a box shape.
I’m sure you could do it!
